2. Stick your arms straight out to your sides.
3. Keep your feet firmly planted to the ground and bend slightly at
the knees.
4. Spin your body left to right - moving your torso, head, and arms
as one unit.
5. The movement should come from your hips and slightly from your
knees - not from the feet, torso, or head.
6. Breath deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.(Find out how to do this correctly)
7. Keep your eyes closed and roll your eyes up focused on the space
between your eyebrows.
8. Spin back and forth like this for one to three minutes.
9. As soon as you're done, stop, bring your legs together, put your
hands together in a prayer, keep your eyes closed, and enjoy the incredible rush of energy and the natural "high" this gives
you. In this moment, think positive thoughts about how productive you're now going to be.
